El actor comenta que fue nombrado como Notario séptimo del Circulo de Bogotá, y que con base en la sentencia SU-913-09, la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro al realizar los nombramientos lo trasladó a la Notaria 58 ubicada en la localidad de Tunjuelito, esto le ha causado graves perjuicios, solicita la protección de sus derechos fundamentales y se ordene devolverlo a la Notaria que en principio le había sido asignada.
La Corte no encuentra que exista una razón objetiva de duda que impida el entendimiento de la providencia, por lo tanto se decide denegar la solicitud de aclaración
