Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la acción de tutela promovida por la ciudadana de la referencia contra la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, a partir del auto proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo de la Guajira, toda vez que aplicó lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 del Decreto 1382 de 12 de junio de 2000 que, como ya se dijo, resulta contrario a la Carta Política.
En consecuencia, se remitió el expediente al mencionado Tribunal para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.

- Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la accion de tutela promovida por la senora Myriam Esther Felizzola Costa, contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social, a partir del auto del dieciocho (18) de septiembre de 2000, proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo de la Guajira, visible a folio 15 del expediente.
- Segundo. REMITASE el expediente por Secretaria al Tribunal Administrativo de la Guajira (Magistrado sustanciador. Doctor Cerveleon Padilla Linares), para que, de manera inmediata se le imprima a esta accion de tutela el tramite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.
