Solicitud de Nulidad del Auto 236 de 2012, mediante el cual se decidió rechazar por extemporánea la solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia T-611/11.
Considera el peticionario que la Corporación fue engañada por la Oficina de Servicios Postales Nacionales, en cuanto a la fecha de notificación de la sentencia precitada.
Se reitera que conforme a las normas aplicables al caso y la jurisprudencia constitucional relacionada, no procede recurso alguno contra los autos proferidos por la Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional por medio de los cuales se resuelven solicitudes de nulidad contra las sentencias que ella dicta.
Se decide RECHAZAR POR IMPROCEDENTE la impugnación formulada contra el A236/12.
