- Primero. REMITIR, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ulloa, Valle del Cauca, para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Daniela Fernanda Gonzalez Gonzalez contra la ARS Cafesalud.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal para Adolescentes con funciones de Control de Garantias de Santiago de Cali, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
