Con el presente auto se RECHAZA, por falta de competencia, la impugnación presentada ante la Corte Constitucional por el señor Johan Alexander Ortiz Sandoval contra la providencia de Hábeas Corpus proferida por el Juzgado Segundo Civil Municipal de Ejecución de Sentencias de Cali.

Se ordena remitir el escrito de apelación al precitado despacho judicial, para que se pronuncie sobre la procedencia del recurso y, si es del caso, ordene el trámite previsto en el artículo 7º de la Ley 1095 de 2006.
