Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia SU556/16.
La petición se formuló respecto a dos asuntos: en primer lugar, sobre la competencia de la Sala Plena para proferir la providencia de la referencia y, en segundo, si el referido fallo representa un cambio de jurisprudencia respecto a lo sostenido en las Sentencias C-383/93 y SU353/13.
Luego de analizar cada uno de los cuestionamientos formulados en la solicitud de nulidad, la Corte decide NEGARLA.
