Se negó la petición de audiencia pública formulada por los ciudadanos de la referencia, toda vez que esta Corte, actuando de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Art. 13 del Decreto 2067 de 1991 y el Art. 60 del Acuerdo 05 de 1992, Reglamento de la Corte Constitucional, según los cuales es facultad discrecional de la Sala Plena de la Corporación convocar a audiencia pública, cuando a su juicio medien las circunstancias que la justifiquen, y teniendo en cuenta que dentro del proceso obran los elementos de juicio suficientes para adoptar la decisión de rigor.
