Se aclaró la Sentencia C-442/96 en el sentido de que la Ley 267, por medio de la cual se aprueba el Convenio sobre arreglo de diferencias relativas a inversiones entre Estados y Nacionales de otros Estados, hecho en Washington el 18 de marzo de 1965, fue sancionada y publicada en el año de 1996 y, en consecuencia, toda referencia a la Ley 267 de 1995 debe entenderse hecha a la Ley 267 de 1996.

- Primero. Aclarar la Sentencia C-442 de 1996 en el sentido de que la Ley 267, "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el "CONVENIO SOBRE ARREGLO DE DIFERENCIAS RELATIVAS A INVERSIONES ENTRE ESTADOS Y NACIONALES DE OTROS ESTADOS", hecho en Washington el 18 de marzo de 1965", fue sancionada y publicada en el ano de 1996 y, en consecuencia, toda referencia a la Ley 267 de 1995 debe entenderse hecha a la Ley 267 de 1996.
- Segundo. El presente auto se publicara en la Gaceta de la Corte Constitucional, conjunto a la Sentencia C-442 de 1996.
