La Corte aclara que la no inclusión del nombre del peticionario fue un error de digitación, mas en ningún aspecto significa que no haya sido tenido en cuenta en las mismas condiciones de los demás intervenciones y dado que el error citado no altera el sentido de la decisión tomada se decide no modificar la sentencia.
