- RESUELVE:
- Remitir a la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el expediente de la accion de tutela interpuesta por Roberto Soto Figueroa contra la Sala Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y la Sala Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cordoba, para que se resuelva de manera inmediata sobre la impugnacion formulada.
