- Primero. CONCEDER a la Contraloria General de la Republica el plazo solicitado, hasta el 31 de enero de 2019, para remitir a la Corte Constitucional sus apreciaciones con relacion a los documentos puestos a su disposicion en el Auto 766 de 2018.
- Segundo. INFORMAR, a traves de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, a la Contraloria General de la Republica que, en aras de agilizar la remision de lo solicitado, adicional al envio por correspondencia fisica, podra hacerse llegar la documentacion al correo electronico desplazamientoforzado@corteconstitucional.gov.co.
