Ordenó a la Secretaría General de la Corporación remitir el expediente referido al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Armenia para que resuelva la impugnación presentada contra la decisión del Juzgado Segundo Penal del Circuito de Calarcá.
Con base en lo anterior, la Corte advierte que no es procedente adelantar la revisión de las providencias por no haberse resuelto la impugnación formulada.
El asunto, es devuelto al Consejo de Estado para que decida sobre la impugnación.
