Los memorialistas recurrieron el A217/11 por medio del cual se decidió rechazar por extemporáneas las solicitudes de nulidad de la sentencia SU484/08.
La Sala recuerda que, conforme con las normas aplicables al caso y a la jurisprudencia constitucional relacionada, no procede recurso alguno contra los autos proferidos por la Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional, por medio de los cuales se resuelven solicitudes de nulidad contra las sentencias que ella dicta.
En tal sentido, se RECHAZA POR IMPROCEDENTE la impugnación incoada.
