- RESUELVE
- CORRER TRASLADO de la respuesta del Gobierno Nacional al Auto 251 de 2008, contenida en el documento "Protección de los Derechos Fundamentales de niños, niñas y adolescentes desplazados por la violencia. Diseño de 15 Proyectos Piloto", con los respectivos anexos, a las siguientes organizaciones: (1) Plan Internacional; (2) Save the Children; (3) Servicio Jesuita para Refugiados; (4) Coalición contra la Vinculación de Niños, Niñas y Jóvenes al Conflicto Armado; (5) Fundación Dos Mundos; (6) Consejo Noruego para Refugiados; (7) Comisión de Seguimiento a la Política Pública sobre Desplazamiento Forzado; (8) Pastoral Social de la Iglesia Católica; (9) Fundación Restrepo Barco; (10) Comisión Colombiana de Juristas, con el fin de que, a más tardar el día 2 de marzo de 2009, remitan a la Corte Constitucional sus observaciones al respecto por vía electrónica y por escrito.
