Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la tutela promovida por el accionante contra la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales y Administración Postal, seccional Neiva, a partir del auto proferido por el Tribunal respectivo, toda vez que como ya se dijo, no resulta aplicable lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 del Decreto 1382 del 12 de junio de 2000 por ser contrario a la Carta Política.
Por lo anterior, se ordenó remitir el expediente al mencionado Tribunal para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.

- Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la accion de tutela promovida por el senor Guillermo Cordon Herrera, contra la Direccion de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales y Administracion Postal, seccional Neiva, a partir del auto del (30) de agosto de 2000 proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Neiva, Sala Civil, Familia, Agraria, visible a folio 49 del expediente.
- Segundo. REMITASE el expediente por Secretaria General, al Tribunal Administrativo de Huila, para que, de manera inmediata se le imprima a esta accion de tutela el tramite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.
