- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el Auto proferido el veintinueve (29) de septiembre de dos mil quince (2015) por la Sala Civil Familia Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de San Gil, Santander, mediante la cual se declaró incompetente para conocer la acción de tutela promovida por el ciudadano Jhon Alexander Yusti Saavedra contra el Ministerio de Transporte, la Policía Nacional y la Alcaldía Municipal de San Gil.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente a la Sala Civil Familia Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de San Gil, Santander, para que asuma, de manera inmediata y sin más dilaciones, el conocimiento de la acción de tutela interpuesta por Jhon Alexander Yusti Saavedra.
