segundo. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia No. C-087 de febrero 26 de 1997, el cual queda así:
"
Segundo. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLES los apartes acusados de los siguientes artículos del Código Penal: 17, pero bajo la condición de que sus disposiciones no se pueden aplicar a los colombianos por nacimiento, como tampoco a los extranjeros por delitos políticos o de opinión, de conformidad con el artículo 35 de la Constitución Política; 74, 80, 81, 82, 84, 92, 101, 324 y 374."
