Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia SU074/14.
La petición de nulidad se fundamentó en la omisión, por parte de la Corte Constitucional, de estudiar cada uno de los defectos señalados en la sentencia de la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, proferida dentro del proceso adelantado en contra del accionante, por falsedad ideológica en documento público.
La Corte encontró que no se vulneró el derecho fundamental al debido proceso, porque en ejercicio del trámite de revisión de la acción de tutela se analizaron de manera razonable, todos los asuntos de relevancia constitucional que en ella se presentaron.
