Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-436/24.
El accionante le pidió a la Corporación aclarar el resolutivo tercero del fallo de la referencia, en el sentido de indicar cómo se debe realizarse el pago por parte de la Nueva E.P.S. respecto de la tarifa que represente el consumo de energía del concentrador eléctrico que le fue ordenado.
Luego de analizar el requerimiento del actor, la Corte decidió RECHAZARLO por resultar improcedente.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR por improcedente la solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-436 de 2024 presentada por el señor Roberto, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. Con el fin de proteger el derecho a la intimidad del accionante dentro del proceso de tutela T-10.166.154, y en virtud de los criterios de anonimización señalados en la Circular Interna No. 10 de 2022, ORDENAR a la Secretaría General de esta Corporación GUARDAR LA RESERVA de su identidad dentro de todas las actuaciones que se publiquen en la página web de la Corte Constitucional, incluyendo las publicaciones en los estados, reemplazando el nombre del accionante por el nombre "Roberto".
- TERCERO. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR a las partes del proceso de tutela la decisión adoptada en esta providencia, advirtiendo que contra esta decisión no procede ningún recurso.
