Se abstuvo de efectuar la revisión de fondo del fallo proferido por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito porque omitió notificar a la entidad demandada tanto en el auto como en el fallo de tutela, así entonces, la Corte Constitucional declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado y ordenó remitir de nuevo al Juzgado correspondiente el expediente del proceso de tutela con el fin de garantizar el debido proceso.

- SEGUNDO. Remítase el expediente contentivo del proceso de tutela al Juzgado 5o. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, con el fín se tramite la petición de tutela de la actora con la observancia del debido proceso.
