DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto, Sala de Decisión Civil-Familia, el 30 de agosto de 2017, mediante el cual se abstuvo de asumir conocimiento de la impugnación formulada por la ciudadana Alisson Bravo Mejía frente a la decisión adoptada por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil Especializado en Restitución de Tierras de Pasto (Nariño), el 17 de agosto de 2017.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente de la referencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto, Sala de Decisión Civil-Familia, a efecto de que, sin más dilaciones, resuelva la impugnación propuesta.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a las partes y al Tribunal Administrativo de Nariño.
