- RESUELVE:
- Declarar improcedente por falta de legitimacion procesal la recusacion formulada por el ciudadano Armando Castro Mendoza, coadyuvado por Ricardo Castro Mendoza, contra el Magistrado Humberto Antonio Sierra Porto, para conocer de la constitucionalidad de la Ley 1354 de 2009, radicado bajo el numero CRF-003.
