1Desde La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto, Toda Persona O Entidad Que Desee Anunciar Una Especialidad, Ya Licenciada, Tendrá Que Someter El Anuncio, De Cualquier Clase Que Sea, Así Como La Literatura Del Producto, A Los Términos Contenidos En La Licencia Expedida Por La Comisión De Especialidades Farmacéuticas2Quienes Infrinjan El Artículo Anterior Pagarán Una Multa De Cincuenta Pesos ($50) Por La Primera Vez, Y De Doscientos Pesos ($200), Y La Suspensión De La Licencia, En Caso De Reincidencia3Quedan Facultados Los Inspectores Seccionales De Policía Sanitaria Para Aplicar Las Sanciones De Que Tata El Artículo Anterior, Debiendo Seguir El Procedimiento Indicado En El Decreto Número 1705, Del 11 De Octubre De 1932, Pudiendo Proceder De Oficio
