1Mientras El Gobierno Nacional Dispone La Emisión De Los Títulos De Deuda De Que Trata El Artículo 1o De La Ley 48 De 1990, En Los Que Deben Invertirse Los Recursos Provenientes De Las Reservas De Los Seguros De Invalidez, Vejez Y Muerte, Ivm, Del Instituto De Seguros Sociales, Iss, O De Su Reinversión, Con Tales Recursos, Una Vez A Su Disposición El Banco De La República Deberá Efectuar Inversiones Temporales En Títulos De Ahorro Nacional, Tan, Y En Su Defecto, En Títulos De Participación, O En El Título Que Los Sustituya, Inversiones Que Deberán Constituirse Primariamente En El Mismo Banco2Article 23A Partir Del 1ø De Enero De 1991, El Instituto De Seguros Sociales, Iss, Deberá Invertir Los Recursos Previstos En El Artículo 4º De La Ley 48 De 1990, En Títulos De Ahorro Nacional, Tan, Y, En Su Defecto, En Títulos De Participación, O En El Título Que Los Sustituya, Inversiones Que Deberá Constituirse Primariamente En El Banco De La República Tales Títulos Deberán Expedirse Con Rendimiento Igual Al Previsto En El Artículo 2º De La Ley Citada4°
