1Los Comandantes De Guarnición Quedan Facultados Para Disponer Los Siguientes Toques De Carácter Oficial: A) En Ceremonias Fúnebres Por Muerte De Un Militar En Servicio Activo, O En Goce De Pensión O Sueldo De Retiro, O Que Figure En El Escalafón De Antiguos Militares2Los Comandante De Guarnición Pueden Ordenar Toques De Carácter Particular, Mediante Solicitud Por Escrito Y Siempre Que Se Cumpla El Siguiente Arancel: Durante El Día: Las Dos Primeras Horas De Toque, A $17 Cada Una3Cuando El Toque Deba Verificarse En Lugares Distantes Del Alojamiento De La Banda, El Contratista Se Comprometerá A Proporcionar El Transporte Del Personal Y Suministrar La Alimentación, Si Es El Caso4De Las Cantidades Que Se Obtengan Por Concepto De Toques Particulares, Se Destinará El 40% Para Conservación Del Instrumental Y Adquisición De Repertorio; Y El 60% Restante Se Distribuirá Entre Los Músicos Que Presten El Servicio, En Forma Proporcional A Las Asignaciones Mensuales Que Devenguen5La Autorización Que Se Concede Para Celebrar Estos Convenios, Sólo Podrá Ejercerse Cuando A Ello No Se Opongan Otros Servicios De Carácter Oficial6Quedan Derogadas Las Disposiciones Anteriores Sobre La Materia
