1Derógase El Artículo 1o2Crease Una Comisión Integrada Por El Ministro De Instrucción Pública Y Su Secretario, Los Directores De Las Escuelas Normales Y Los De Las Anexas De Bogotá, Que Tendrá Las Siguientes Funciones: A) Estudiar Los Diversos Reglamentos Y Pensum De Las Normales Del País Y Del Extranjero, Con El Fin De Formar Un Plan Que Se Acomode A Los Adelantos Modernos Y A Las Necesidades Del País3Dicha Junta Se Reunirá Una Vez Por Semana En El Ministerio De Instrucción Pública, Será Presidida Por El Ministro O Por El Secretario, Y Sus Labores Constaran En Un Acta Que Redactará Uno De Los Oficiales De La Sección 1ª Del Ministerio4Una Vez Elaborado El Reglamento General Para Las Escuelas Normales, Será Enviado Para Su Estudio A Los Departamentos, Y De Las Anotaciones Que Sobre Él Se Hagan Tomará Cuenta La Junta Para La Elaboración Del Plan Que Ha De Ponerse En Práctica Para Acomodarlo Definitivamente, Según Las Correcciones Que A La Luz De Aquella Puedan Introducírsele
