Article 1º
º. Corrígese el artículo 1º del Decreto 1144 de 1995, el cual quedará así: Prorrogar hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1995 la vigencia del Decreto 2890 de 1994.
Article 2º
º. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación.
