1La Tinta Indeleble O Cualquiera Otra Solución Química De Este Carácter, A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 6º De La Ley 14 De 1931, Será Suministrada Por Cada Municipio, A Efecto De Que La Disposición Tenga Eficaz Cumplimiento2Los Alcaldes Quedan Encargados De Velar Porque El Respectivo Municipio Sufrague Los Gastos Que Sean Necesarios Para La Oportuna Provisión De Dicha Tinta, Que Para Los Efectos Consiguientes Se Considerara Como Un Gasto De Escritorio3El Gobierno, Por Conducta De Los Gobernadores, Transmitirá A Los Alcaldes Y Corregidores Las Formulas Mas Apropiadas Y Practicas Para Confeccionar Las Formulas Mas Indelebles A Que Se Refiere Este Decreto, Mientras Hay Tiempo De Proveer En Otra Forma El Cumplimiento Del Articulo 6º De La Ley 14 De Este Año4Cuando El Sufragante Por Carecer De La Mano Derecha O Por Cualquier Otro Motivo No Pudiere Empapar En La Tinta Indeleble El Dedo Índice De La Mano Derecha Hasta La Primera Coyuntura, El Jurado De Votación A Su Juicio Resolverá La Manera Como Dicho Sufragante Debe Dar Cumplimiento Al Articulo 6º Ya Citado
