Decreto 2281 de 1954

POR EL CUAL SE ESTABLECE LA PATENTE DE SERVICIO PÚBLICO, SE CREA LA SUPERINTENDENCIA NACIONAL DE TRANSPORTES, SE SUPRIMEN UNOS CARGOS Y SE DICTAN OTRAS DISPOSICIONES.

1Todo Vehículo Automotor De Propiedad Particular Que Preste Servicio Público En Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto Por El Decreto Legislativo Número 0826 Del Presente Año, Portará Una Tarjeta O Cédula, Expedida Por La Superintendencia Nacional De Transportes, En Que Conste Que Pertenece A Una Empresa Debidamente Inscrita2A Partir Del 1° De Agosto De 1954 Suprímense Los Siguientes Cargos En El Ministerio De Fomento: Departamento Tercero Servicios Públicos Y Transportes3La Sección Segunda -Tarifas-, Del Departamento Tercero Que Se Suprime Por El Artículo Anterior, Continuará Funcionando Con El Personal Y Asignaciones Que Tiene Actualmente Y Como Una Sección De La Secretaría General4A Partir Del 1° De Agosto De 1954, Créase Como Una Dependencia Del Ministerio De Fomento, La Superintendencia Nacional De Transportes, Cuyas Funciones Serán Las De Organizar Y Supervigilar El Transporto Automotor Por Carretera; Reglamentar Y Controlar Todo Lo Relacionado Con Matrícula De Vehículos, Pases Para Conducir Y Funcionamiento De Las Direcciones De Circulación Y Tránsito En El País, Estudiar Y Aprobar Las Tarifas De Toda Clase De Empresas De Conducción5La Superintendencia Nacional De Transportes, Funcionará Con El Personal Y Asignaciones Mensuales Que A Continuación Se Enumera: 1 Superintendente $ 16Con Base En Los Nuevos Recursos De Que Trata El Presente Decreto, El Gobierno Queda Autorizado Para Abrir Los Créditos Adicionales Necesarios En El Presupuesto De La Vigencia Fiscal En Curso7El Presente Decreto Rige Desde La Fecha De Su Expedición Y Suspende Todas Las Disposiciones Que Le Sean Contrarias
