1Créase Un Comité Integrado Por El Ministro De Hacienda Y Crédito Público, El Gerente De La Federación Nacional De Cafeteros Y El Jefe De La Oficina De Registro De Cambios, Con Las Siguientes Atribuciones: 1° Fijar Los Precios Mínimos Dé Reintegro Para Las Exportaciones De Café, En Monedas Aceptables Por El Banco De La República; 2ª Señalar Los Plazos Para La Validez De Los Registros De Los De Contratos De Venta De Café; Y De Los Permisos Para Su Explotación2Las Determinaciones Que Tome El Comité De -Acuerdo Con Las Atribuciones Que Se Le Confieren En Este Decreto, Serán Fijadas Por Medio De Resoluciones3El Presente Decreto Rige Desde La Fecha Y Suspende Todas Las Disposiciones Legales O Reglamentarias Que Sean Contrarias Comuníquese Y Publíquese
