1º A Partir De La Vigencia De Este Decreto, El Cuarto Domingo Del Mes De Agosto De Cada Año Se Celebrará, En Todos Los Municipios Del País, El "día Del Abuelo"2º Corresponderá Al Alcalde De Cada Municipio, Con La Colaboración De Las Funcionarios Oficiales Y De Los Institutos Vinculadas Al Sistema Nacional De Salud, La Elaboración De Programas Especiales Para Exaltar Los Méritos Y Las Calidades De Las Personas Que Tengan Diez (10) Años Menos Que "la Esperanza De Vida Al Nacer", Calculada Para Ese Año Por El Departamento Administrativo Nacional De Estadística, Dane,3º Los Gobernadores, Intendentes Y Comisarios Especiales, Adoptarán Las Providencias Necesarias Para El Mayor Realce De La Celebración Cívica De Que Trata Este Decreto4º Este Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
