1Article 12Article 24Del Decreto Número 1140 De 1943 Con El Siguiente Parágrafo: "es También Admisible La Prueba Supletoria Del Origen Canónico De Instituciones O Fundaciones Que De Conformidad Con El Artículo 4º7Del Decreto 1140 De 1913, Quedará Así: "artículo 7º Las Instituciones O Fundaciones De Utilidad Común Cuyo Origen O Existencia No Proceda De Un Decreto Canónico, Quedan Sujetas A La Inspección Y Vigilancia Del Gobierno Sin Que Pueda Sobrevenir Posteriormente Al Reconocimiento De Su Personería Jurídica, Un Decreto O Acto Ejecutivo O Canónico Que Les Cambie Su Destinación O Modifique Su Situación Jurídica , A Menos Que El Fundador O Fundadores Expresen En Vida O Por Testamento, Su Voluntad De Cambiar La Destinación De Los Bienes De La Institución Donarlos A Persona O Entidad De Carácter Eclesiástico"3Article 3
