por medio del cual se reglamentan los artículos 9° de la Ley 21 de 1982, el parágrafo 1° del artículo 1° de la Ley 89 de 1988, 287 de la Ley 100 de 1993, el numeral 4 del artículo 30 de la Ley 119 de 1994, 15 de la Ley 797 de 2003 y 10 de la Ley 828 de 2003.
