por medio de la cual se aprueban el "Protocolo relativo a las áreas y flora y fauna silvestres especialmente protegidas del Convenio para la Protección y el Desarrollo del Medio Marino de la Región del Gran Caribe", hecho en Kingston el 18 de enero de 1990 y los "Anexos al Protocolo relativo a las áreas y flora y fauna silvestres especialmente protegidas del Convenio para la Protección y el Desarrollo del Medio Marino de la Región del Gran Caribe", adoptados en Kingston el 11 de junio de 1991.
