Por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 199 de 1938, sobre importación de copra, y se adicionan las disposiciones pertinentes del Decreto 1797 de 1936, reglamentario de la Ley 94 de 1936, y las sobre importación de semillas, contenidas en el Decreto 1128 de 1931
