1º2º De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 157 Del Decreto 960 De 1970, Modificado Por El Decreto 2163 De 1970, Artículo 44 Inciso 2º, La Localización De Las Sedes De Las Notarías Creadas En El Artículo Anterior, Serán Autorizadas Previamente Por La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro3º La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Verificará Que Los Locales En Donde Funcionen Las Notarías Reúnan Las Condiciones Exigidas Para La Buena Prestación Del Servicio Conforme A Lo Establecido En El Estatuto Notarial4º El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
