1Las Facultades Concedidas O Delegadas A La Extinguida Dirección General De Prisiones, Serán Ejercidas En Lo Sucesivo Por El Ministerio De Gobierno, El Cual Despachará Los Asuntos Concernientes A Dicho Ramo Por Conducto De Las Respectivas Secciones, Según Los Reglamentos Y Decretos Orgánicos Pertinentes2Los Gobernadores, Intendentes Y Comisarios Especiales En Sus Respectivos Territorios, Tendrán A Su Cargo La Supervigilancia De Las Penitenciarías, Cárceles Y Colonias Penales, E Intervendrán En Todo Lo Relativo A Su Organización, Disciplina Y Gobierno Económico, De Acuerdo Con Las Disposiciones Del Gobierno Nacional, Al Cual Mantendrán Al Corriente Tanto De La Marcha De Aquellos Establecimientos Y De Las Medidas Que Deban Adoptarse Para Su Mejor Funcionamiento, Como De Las Providencias Que Dicten En El Particular
