1Créase La Cámara De Comercio, Con Sede En El Municipio De Dos Quebradas (Risaralda) Y Jurisdicción Sobre El Mismo Municipio2La Junta Directiva De La Cámara De Comercio De Dos Quebradas Estará Compuesta Por Nueve (9) Miembros Principales Y Nueve (9) Suplentes, De Los Cuales Una Tercera Parte Será Designada Por El Gobierno Nacional3Reconócese A Los Siguientes Señores Como Miembros De La Junta Directiva De La Cámara De Comercio Que Se Crea Hasta La Fecha En Que Tomen Posesión Los Directivos Que Resulten Elegidos Por La Asamblea General De Comerciantes4Los Estatutos De La Nueva Cámara De Comercio Se Enviarán A La Superintendencia De Industria Y Comercio Para Su Respectiva Aprobación En Un Plazo No Mayor De Dos (2) Meses, Contados A Partir De La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto5El Presupuesto De Ingresos Y Egresos, Para El Año 1990 Deberá Ser Enviado Para Aprobación A La Superintendencia De Industria Y Comercio En Un Plazo De Un (1) Mes Contado A Partir De La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto6La Cámara De Comercio De Santa Rosa De Cabal, Dentro De Los Treinta (30) Días Siguientes A La Vigencia Del Presente Decreto, Procederá A Efectuar La Entrega De Los Documentos De Los Comerciantes Ubicados En La Jurisdicción De La Nueva Cámara De Comercio, Término A Partir Del Cual Ésta Última Deberá Iniciar Las Funciones Atinentes Al Registro Mercantil7El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De Su Publicación
