1Créase En El Círculo Notarial De Bucaramanga La Notaría Novena2º De Conformidad Con Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 157 Del Decreto 960 De 1970, Modificado Por El Decreto 2163 De 1970, Artículo 44 Inciso 2º, La Localización De La Sede De La Notaría Creada En El Artículo Anterior, Será Autorizada Previamente Por La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro3º La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Verificará Que El Local En Donde Funcione La Notaría Reúna Las Condiciones Exigidas Para La Buena Prestación Del Servicio, Conforme A Lo Establecido En El Estatuto Notarial4º El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
