1Están Exentos De Impuesto Del 18% De Que Trata El Artículo 95 De La Ley 75 De 1986, Y Del Impuesto Sobre Las Ventas, Las Importaciones De Bienes Y Equipos Destinados A La Salud, Investigación Científica Y Tecnológica, Y A La Educación, Donados Por Personas, Entidades Y Gobiernos Extranjeros A Favor De Entidades Oficialas O Sin Ánimo De Lucro, Siempre Y Cuando La Importación De Dichos Bienes Sea Calificada Favorablemente Por El Comité Previsto En El Parágrafo 3º Del Artículo 32 De La Mencionada Ley Y El Artículo 141 Del Decreto 2503 De 19872El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir Del Día Siguiente Al De La Fecha De Su Publicación
