1La Junta Directiva De La Corporación De Defensa De Productos Agrícolas Estará Constituida En La Siguiente Forma: A) El Ministro De Agricultura, Quien Será Su Presidente; B) Dos Miembros Designados Por El Presidente De La Republica; C) El Gerente De La Federación Nacional De Cafeteros; D) El General Del Banco De La Republica; E) El Gerente De La Caja De Crédito Agrario, Industrial Y Minero2La Junta Directiva De Cada Una De Las Entidades Indicadas En Los Ordinales C) A E) Del Artículo Anterior, Podrá Designar Un Delegado Permanente En Reemplazo Del Correspondiente Gerente3° La Corporación De Defensa De Productos Agrícolas Procederá A Reformar Los Estatutos Para Ajustarlos A Las Disposiciones Del Presente Decreto, Y Someterá La Reforma A La Aprobación Del Gobierno Nacional4Este Decreto Regirá Desde La Fecha De Su Expedición
