1A Partir De La Fecha De Expedición De Este Decreto, La Cuota De Retención Cafetera A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 24 De La Ley 1ª De 1959, El Artículo 127 De La Ley 81 De 1960 Y Las Normas Concordantes, Será Igual A Una Cantidad De Café Pergamino Equivalente Al Cinco Por Ciento (5%) Del Café Excelso Que Se Proyecte Exportar, De La Calidad Y Tipo Que Señale La Federación Nacional De Cafeteros De Colombia2El Fondo Nacional Del Café Complementará La Retención Señalada En El Artículo 1°, Por Medio De Compras En El Mercado, Para Lo Cual Utilizará El Total De Los Fondos Que Perciba Del Diferencial Cambiario, De Acuerdo Con Lo Establecido Por La Ley 83 De 19623La Tarifa Señalada En Este Decreto Se Aplicará A Los Registros O Licencias De Exportación Que Se Expidan A Partir De La Fecha De Este Decreto4El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición
