1º Asignar Al Ministerio De Transporte La Expedición De Las Licencias Para Los Vehículos Que Transporten Y Distribuyan Gas Propano, Glp2º El Ministerio De Transporte Expedirá Igualmente, Las Licencias De Transporte De Los Vehículos Adaptados Especialmente Con Módulos Para Transportar Cilindros Que Contienen Gas Natural Comprimido (G3º Todos Los Vehículos Utilizados En El Transporte Y La Distribución De Gas Propano, G4º El Ministerio De Transporte Enviará Al Ministerio De Minas Y Energía Trimestralmente Un Listado De Las Licencias Vigentes5º Las Revisiones Para Verificar Si Los Vehículos Cumplen Con Los Requisitos Establecidos, Estarán A Cargo Del Ministerio De Transporte6º El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación
