1Adoptar El Sistema Internacional De Unidades, Como Sistema Obligatorio De Unidades En Materia De Metrología En El Territorio De La República De Colombia,2Las Unidades A Que Hace Referencia El Artículo Anterior Se Clasifican Así: 1º3El Centro De Control De Calidad Y Metrología De La Superintendencia De Industria Y Comercio, Como Entidad Autorizada Por El Gobierno Nacional, Tendrá A Su Cargo Las Siguientes Funciones: 1º Custodiar Y Conservar Los Patrones Nacionales Así Como Promover Los Sistemas De Medición Equivalentes4La Superintendencia De Industria Y Comercio En Los Términos Del Decreto 149 De 1976 Vigilará Y Controlará El Cumplimiento Del Presente Decreto5En Las Relaciones Públicas Y Privadas Las Magnitudes, Los Nombres, Símbolos Y Prefijos De Las Unidades Tienen Que Indicarse En La Forma Como Establece El Artículo 2º Del Presente Decreto6El Sistema Internacional De Unidades, Si, Solo Podrá Modificarse En Virtud De Tratados O Convenios Internacionales7El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Expedición Y Deroga Las Disposiciones Que Le Sean Contrarias
