1Los Funcionarios Consulares Acreditados En Colombia Podrán Hacer Giros Al Exterior, Exentos De Pago Del Impuesto A Que Hace Referencia Al Artículo 5º Del Decreto 2078 De 1940, Cuando Esos Giros Versen Sobre Recaudos Hechos En El País Por Cuenta De Gobiernos Extranjeros2Para Gozar De La Exención Se Hace Menester Que Ella Sea Solicitada Del Ministerio De Hacienda Y Crédito Público, Por Intermedio Del Ministerio De Relaciones Exteriores, Indicando En Cada Caso La Suma Que Se Va A Remesar3El Ministerio De Hacienda Dictará La Resolución Que Sea De Rigor, Y Una Copia De Ésta Será Presentada Al Banco De La República O A Las Entidades Autorizadas Para Emitir Giros Al Exterior, Para Los Efectos Del Artículo 1º Del Presente Decreto4Este Decreto Regirá Desde La Fecha
