1Suprímense De La Planta De Personal Del Instituto Nacional De Salud, Ins, Los Siguientes Cargos: No2Las Funciones Propias De Las Diferentes Dependencias Del Instituto Nacional De Salud, Ins, Serán Cumplidas Por La Planta De Personal Que A Continuación Se Establece: No3El Director General Distribuirá Los Cargos De La Planta Global A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 2° Del Presente Decreto, Mediante Acto Administrativo Y Ubicará El Personal Teniendo En Cuenta La Organización Interna, Las Necesidades Del Servicio, Los Planes Y Programas De La Entidad4Los Empleados Públicos De Carrera Administrativa A Quienes Se Les Suprime El Cargo Como Consecuencia De Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 1º Del Presente Decreto, Y No Sean Incorporados Podrán Optar Entre Ser Indemnizados O Ser Incorporados A Empleos De Carrera Equivalentes, Conforme A Lo Consagrado En La Ley 443 De 1998 Y En Los Decretos Reglamentarios 1572 De 1998 Y 1173 De 1999, Con Sujeción Al Procedimiento Establecido En El Decreto-Ley 1568 De 1998 Y Demás Disposiciones Que La Reglamenten, Modifiquen O Adicionen5La Incorporación De Los Funcionarios A La Nueva Planta De Personal Que Se Adopta En El Presente Decreto, Se Hará Conforme A Las Disposiciones Legales Vigentes Sobre La Materia, Dentro De Los Siguientes Treinta (30) Días Calendario Contados A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación6El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación Y Deroga Las Disposiciones Que Le Sean Contrarias, En Especial El Decreto 1211 De 1995
