1El Producto De La Venta De Los Formularios De Importación Se Destinará A Atender Los Gastos De Sostenimiento De La Superintendencia Nacional De Importaciones Y De La Oficina De Registro De Cambios Del Banco De La República, O De La Entidad O Entidades Que La Sustituyan2El Precio De Venta De Los Formularios De Que Trata Este Decreto, Será El Siguiente: A) Cinco Pesos ($ 53Los Formularios Para Solicitudes De Modificación Quedarán Sujetos A Las Disposiciones Del Artículo Anterior4Hasta Cuando Se Organice La Entidad Que Sustituya A La Superintendencia Nacional De Importaciones Y A La Oficina De Registro De Cambios, El Banco De La República, Por Intermedio De La Última De Las Mencionadas Entidades, Venderá Los Formularios De Que Trata Este Decreto, Y Llevara Los Dineros Recaudados Por Tal Concepto A Una Cuenta Especial Destinada A Atender Los Gastos Previstos En El Artículo 1° De Este Decreto5De Conformidad Con Lo Establecido En El Artículo 10 De La Ley 21 De 1963, La Vigilancia Fiscal De Los Fondos De Que Trata El Presente Decreto, Se Sujetara A Las Disposiciones Que Dicte La Contraloría General De La República6Este Decreto Rige Desde La Fecha De Su Expedición
