1° Autorizase Al Poder Ejecutivo Para Celebrar Con El Gobierno D Los Estados Unidos De Venezuela Un Acuerdo De Comercio, Cuya Duración Será De Un Año, Que Se Entenderá Prorrogado Por Periodos Anuales Hasta Que Fuere Denunciado Por Una De Las Partes Contratantes, Denuncio Que Deberá Hacerse Tres Meses Antes Del Vencimiento De Cada Periodo, Y Cuyos Términos Generales Serán Los Siguientes: A) Exención De Los Derechos De Aduana Para La Sal Venezolana Que Se Importe Por La Aduana De Cúcuta Hasta La Cantidad De Veinte Mil (20,000) Sacos Anuales, Con Un Peso Máximo De Sesenta (60) Kilogramos De Cada Saco2° Durante La Vigencia Del Convenio Suspéndase El Parágrafo 1°
