1El Artículo 7º Del Decreto 999 De 1988, Quedará Así: Si El Registro Que Ha De Ser Modificado, Reposa En Una De Las Notarías Del Lugar De Residencia Del Interesado, Las Escrituras Públicas A Que Se Refieren Los Artículos 91 Y 94 Del Decreto-Ley 1260 De 1970, Deberán Otorgarse En La Misma Notaría Donde Se Encuentre El Registro2Los Representantes Legales De Los Menores De Edad O De Los Hijos Adoptivos, Podrán Cambiar El Nombre De Éstos Ante Notario, Con Sujeción Al Procedimiento Indicado En El Artículo 6º Del Decreto-Ley 999 De 1988 Y Sin Perjuicio De Que Cuando Lleguen A La Mayoría De Edad, Los Inscritos Puedan Por Otra Vez, Modificar Su Nombre3El Presente Decreto Rige A Partir De La Fecha De Su Publicación Y Deroga Las Disposiciones Que Le Sean Contrarias
