1Desde La Fecha Del Presente Decreto Suprímase La Penitenciaria De Pasto2Los Presos Que Actualmente Cumplen Su Pena En Aquel Establecimiento, Serán Trasladados A Popayán Por Los Guardianes Que En La Actualidad Prestan En Él Sus Servicios De Vigilancia, Así Como Los Muebles, Dineros, Armamentos, Archivos, Talleres Y Todos Los Elementos De Servicios Directivos, Administrativos, Escolares, Médicos, Sanitarios, Etc3Los Dineros Que Integran La Caja Especial De La Penitenciaria De Pasto, Pasarán A La De La Penitenciaria De Popayán, Previa Deducción De Los Gastos De Transportes De Presos Y Elementos4Los Gastos A Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior Serán Presupuestados De Acuerdo Con Las Normas De Los Artículo 3°, 4° Y 5° Del Decreto Número 756, Del 3 De Marzo Del Año En Curso, Presupuesto Que El Director De La Penitenciaria De Pasto Enviará Al Departamento De Prisiones Dentro Del Término De Treinta (30) Días5El Director De La Penitenciaria De Pasto Entregará Al De La Penitenciaria De Popayán Todos Los Elementos A Que Se Refieren Los Artículos 2° Y 3° Del Presente Decreto, Mediante Inventario, Por Triplicado, Y Con Intervención Del Auditor Fiscal De La Contraloría General De La República6Los Empleados Del Personal Directivo, Administrativo Y De Custodia Y Vigilancia, Quedarán Insubsistentes Desde El Día En Que Se Hayan Realizado El Traslado De Presos Y La Entrega De Los Elementos
